We are looking for a Commercial Logistics Expert.

You are helping us tackle unique challenges in liquid bulk logistics while offering our clients opportunities for exceptional tailored solutions. The aim is creating value for Stolt-Nielsen while addressing customer-specific challenges.

This role requires an experienced, driven, logistics professional with a creative, proactive approach, and a talent for being the happy medium between our business units and our key accounts.

Stolt-Nielsen (SNL) are experts in bulk-liquid logistics and sustainable land-based aquaculture. We also invest in opportunities aligned to these industries.

**What You Will Be Doing**
This is an exciting period of change as we continue working on how we can add more value to our customers. With our three bulk liquid logistics companies (Stolt Tankers, Stolt Tank Containers and Stolthaven Terminals) we are business leaders in liquid logistics. Most of our esteemed key accounts are using more than one of our services.

As our Commercial Logistics Expert - together with the VP Liquid Logistics - you are responsible for the successful roll out of the group’s liquid logistic strategy.

You will focus on partnering with our key accounts and our 3 liquid logistic businesses including corporate functions to help, plan and deliver effective idea’s and supply chain optimization solutions with a focus on client engagement and customer needs. You will need to develop strong working relationships at all levels and across geographical boundaries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the Liquid Logistics strategy and plan.
- Initiate ideas, develop concepts, roll out concepts, implement and deliver according to agreed schedules.
- Works closely with the commercial functions of Stolt-Nielsen globally to identify opportunities.
- Work in partnership with our key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and stimulate co creation of liquid logistic solutions using and leveraging your expertise in supply chain solutions with a consultative commercial approach.
- Work with the wider liquid logistics team and contribute to the forward-planning processes of the Group.
- Documents data and intelligence gained in a professional and structured manner to identify total potential.

**Experience**
- Bachelor/Academic qualifications in supply chain management, or business logistics.
- 10+ years of, and a proven track record of taking ideas and turning them into action.
- Experience of delivering creative and innovative (liquid) logistic solutions including supply chain optimization tools, control towers and/or 4PL solutions.
- Experience working in an international environment in a global or multinational company.
- Background in supply chain consultancy and/or consultative selling.
- Demonstrate knowledge and a clear strategic view on best practices and supply chain solutions from various relevant industries.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to work with senior leaders with confidence and become a trusted advisor.
