**About the role**

The role of the EU 3PM Procurement Manager is to lead the Procurement activities linked to the functional area of Contract Manufacturing in Europe in strong collaboration with the European Supply Chain department. The position reports to the Head of Procurement for Europe that belongs to the Global Procurement organization, to ensure adherence and compliance with our procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include driving savings initiatives in alignment with stakeholders and global leaders, fostering relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, overseeing the entire sourcing process from deal architecture to contract finalization, and identifying and mitigating risks for compliance and cost control. Additionally, the role involves cross-functional collaboration to bolster sourcing governance and practices while providing supervision to a team of EU 3PM buyer.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**

You have a Master's degree in economics, Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you have a minimum of five years of procurement experience is essential as well experience in team management. You have familiarity with contract manufacturing, particularly in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Finally, you have strong negotiation skills, along with an analytical mind and structured approach.
