**About the function**:
As a Production Worker, you’ll ensure the creation of premium dough products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Your key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring the quality of products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assessing ingredients for freshness, shelf life, and compliance with quality norms.
- Tracking and reporting the quantities of raw materials and semi-finished products used.
- Identifying and immediately reporting any defects or irregularities to your supervisor.
- Performing cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Operating the crate washing machine

To keep your work interesting and varied, you’ll be trained to work across multiple departments. This cross-training ensures that you can take on a variety of tasks, making the role dynamic and eliminating monotony. Your versatility will make you a key part of the team’s success

Working Hours:

- 06:00 - 15:00
- 08:00 - 17:00
- 14:00 - 00:00

**What we need**:

- An eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and food safety standards (preferred).
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify and report issues promptly.
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a two-shift system (morning and evening shifts), with the possibility of transitioning to a three-shift system in the future.

**What we offer**:

- A full-time position within a close-knit team.
- 8.33% holiday allowance.
- Weekly payments.
- Opportunity for a permanent contract.
- Starting at €13.70 per hour.
- After 6 months, increased to €13.90 per hour.
