Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gastvrije medewerker bediening om ons team te versterken in ons Mexicaans tapas restaurant Fiona in het hart van de stad. Het restaurant is verbonden aan This Hostel, waardoor je ook goed contact hebt met de collega’s van het hostel en internationale gasten ontvangt tijdens de lunch en het diner. Als medewerker bediening bij Fiona ben jij de gastvrije gastheer/gastvrouw die onze gasten verwelkomt in een wereld van smaak en gezelligheid. Met jouw vriendelijke glimlach en professionele houding zorg je voor een warme ontvangst en begeleid je onze gasten door een culinaire reis vol Mexicaanse smaken. Door jouw uitstekende service en oog voor detail creëer je een onvergetelijke dinerervaring voor onze gasten. Als onderdeel van ons team krijg je de kans om je passie voor gastvrijheid te laten zien en bij te dragen aan de unieke sfeer van ons restaurant.
- **Functieomschrijving**_
- Verwelkomen van gasten bij aankomst en begeleiden naar hun tafel met een warme glimlach en professionele houding.
- Opnemen van bestellingen en adviseren van gasten over ons menu.
- Serveren van gerechten en drankjes met aandacht voor detail en een vriendelijke, attente service.
- Anticiperen op de behoeften van gasten en ervoor zorgen dat zij een aangename en memorabele dinerervaring hebben.
- Samenwerken met het keukenteam en andere bedieningsmedewerkers om een vlotte service te garanderen en een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
- **Vereisten**_
- Ervaring in de horeca, bij voorkeur in een restaurant of baromgeving.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een vriendelijke, gastgerichte benadering.
- Flexibiliteit om te werken tijdens avonden, weekenden en feestdagen.
- Passie voor Mexicaanse gerechten en bereidheid om meer te leren over onze culinaire tradities.
- Teamspeler die goed kan samenwerken in een dynamische omgeving.
