Nice2stay is a rental agency, specialised in unique & tasteful holiday villas, apartments and boutique hotels in Europe. We combine an attractive website with very personal and excellent service. All accommodations have been visited by our team, so clients can really trust us and are gladly advised by our team. Since the founding of Nice2stay in 2012, we have grown strongly and it is our ambition to further expand our position internationally. Besides our distinctive collection of accommodations, our strength lies in building long-term relationships with both our partners and our clients.

Our driven and multidisciplinary team consists of the founders/owners, three product managers, new business, three content writers, three booking consultants, operations, tech support, an administrator and six programmers/developers who help build our website and CRM tool from Pakistan.

Our beautiful "home" is located in the city centre of Haarlem.

**Partner Success Coordinator at Nice2stay**

As Partner Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational processes essential to the satisfaction and success of our partners. You will ensure that all administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contract management: As soon as the product managers have concluded a collaboration with a new partner, you take over and ensure that all required information is received and properly administered as soon as possible.
- Accommodation management: Enter accommodations and prices into our system, liaise with partners for necessary information and photos and ensure correct integration with our (external) booking systems.
- Analysing statistics: weekly checks of prices and availability, including competitive analysis, and providing insights to the marketing team
- Support: First point of contact internally and externally for questions about connections and pricing, managing iCal synchronizations.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Partner Success Coordinator with the following traits:

- A positive, bubbly let's do this mentality
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and orally in Dutch and English
- HBO working and thinking level and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a commercial setting
- In connection with our international partners, it is also an advantage if you speak French, Spanish, Italian or German
- You work accurately and have attention to detail
- You are an organisational talent and know how to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines, plan efficiently and set priorities
- You have strong analytical skills and keep a close eye on our competitors
- You are technically savvy and have experience with CRM systems, experience with channel managers and accommodation management systems is a big plus
- Living in Haarlem or surrounding area
