Key responsibilities include stakeholder management with BU controllers, regional finance managers, and FP&A, as well as delivering analytical solutions and developing reports using the latest tools. You will also provide guidance to the finance community and business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the reporting of monthly actuals to ensure accuracy and completeness by performing relevant analysis in close collaboration with FP&A.
- Steer the financial closing process (consolidation and reporting) across finance regions and financial shared services.
- Ensure integrity of financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Act as a single point of contact for the business units relating to accurate and complete actual reporting of the P&L.
- Actively participate in special projects, such as acquisitions, divestments, and mergers, with the Business unit Animal, Nutrition & Health carve-out being a relevant example.
- Effectively manage various financial and executive stakeholders.

**YOU BRING**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling and/or a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- At least 8 years' experience in a variety of finance roles.
- Strong understanding of systems and automation (preferably SAP CFIN and GR).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Affinity and passion for understanding the business behind the numbers.
- Analytical skills and ability to translate financial information into relevant management information.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
