A position for a Visionaire in Integrated Photonics with a specialisation on RF design, offering at least 12+ years of industry experience. A strategical role in the core of our company, offering the freedom and responsibly to thrive in your expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Leadership**: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and scientists, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in RF design.
- **Customer Engagement**: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, translating their needs into technical requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of RF solutions.
- **Communication**: Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including customers, stakeholders, and team members. Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations.

**Requirements to fit this job**:
- **Education**: Ph.D. Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Photonics or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 10 years** of experience in RF design and development in a commercial environment, with a proven track record of successful project leadership and technical achievements.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in RF design and analysis tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, including requirements gathering, solution development, and presentation.
