**Als Logistics Solutions Manager bij DHL ben jij de schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering. Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid om ons product op de kaart te zetten en de NTBO-organisatie te positioneren als een onmisbare speler in de markt. Je werkt nauw samen met alle operationele afdelingen om de implementatie van nieuwe klanten en projecten voor bestaande klanten te coördineren. In deze rol heb je géén direct reports.**

**Jouw doel? Het uitbouwen van ons bestaande dienstverleningspakket voor onze klanten, met de ultieme focus op optimale klanttevredenheid en rendement van contracten.**

**Verder ben jij in deze rol ook verantwoordelijk over onze procurement.**

**Dit worden jouw hoofdtaken**
- Strategische Planning: Je stelt een jaarplan op dat gericht is op het realiseren van kwaliteitsdoelstellingen, optimaal rendement en klanttevredenheid. Dit plan vormt de basis voor jouw strategische aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat we als organisatie beter op de markt gepositioneerd worden.
- Marktonderzoek: Je onderzoekt de markt en analyseert wat onze klanten nodig hebben. Omdat jij deze markt al kent weet je hoe de organisatie zich het beste kan aanpassen aan de veranderende behoeften van de klant.
- Synergie en Uniformiteit: Je levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan de verbetering van de winstgevendheid van onze NTBO-producten door het creëren van optimale synergie en uniformiteit. Jouw inzichten helpen ons om nieuwe klanten te werven en bestaande klanten beter van dienst te zijn.
- Kwaliteitsverbetering: Je zorgt ervoor dat onze dienstverlening op een zodanig niveau verbetert dat klanten niet meer om ons heen kunnen. Dit betekent dat je voortdurend werkt aan het verbeteren van onze processen en klantrelaties.
- Inkoop en Marktkennis: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hanteren van de juiste Cost of Sales (CoS) en het behouden van de Gross Profit (GP) op een afgesproken niveau. Jouw inkoop
- en marktkennis is essentieel voor het realiseren van deze doelstellingen.

**Wat neem jij mee**:

- Een afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting.
- Aantoonbare ervaring (+ 5 jaar) in een strategische rol binnen de logistiek of aanverwante sector (bij voorkeur wegtransport gerelateerd).
- Kennis en ervaring op het gebied van operations, commerciele afdeling en van, bij voorkeur, (grotere) projecten. Denk hierbij aan klantimplementaties.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende operationele afdelingen.
- Een analytische mindset en een proactieve houding bij het identificeren van kansen en het oplossen van problemen.
- Een sterke focus op klanttevredenheid en een resultaatgerichte aanpak.
