**Culture and Member Engagement Manager**
As Culture and Member Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our DLL culture, shaping the workplace environment, and ensuring that our members (we call our employees members) have a positive, purposeful, and fulfilling experience throughout their journey with DLL. The key outcomes expected in this position are grounded in the foundational elements of our People Strategy, towards a purposeful and inclusive place to work.

Your key focus as Culture and Member Engagement Manager is to ensure our members have a voice, with a clear listening strategy across the entire member base. Using data to drive decision-making, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive listening strategies aimed at strengthening our culture and enhancing our members’ experience in line with our People strategy. You will analyze, synthesize, and share insights on key culture and organizational topics, allowing you to monitor, share and enhance the overall member experience.

In addition, you will lead the reporting framework in key areas, including Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The role reports to our Head of Culture and Change Management and will be located close to a DLL office in either Europe or the USA.

**Day to day**:

- Provide support to the Head of Culture and Change Management to various projects relating to culture in the organization.
- Design and implement a member listening framework and associated tools and resources to measure sentiment, engagement, and progress.
- Develop and monitor metrics and key performance indicators related to member experience.
- Extract and analyze data to report on trends and actionable insights to stakeholders within HR and across the business. Develop a benchmarking approach.
- Lead and drive annual internal Member Engagement Survey process, from planning and execution, to follow up analysis and action plan implementation.
- Conduct a range of member listening surveys to provide a platform for our people to be heard and understood.
- Lead the reporting framework including Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Support and facilitate focus groups and peer-to-peer conversations.
- Craft effective communication approaches that give members a voice.
- Connect with HR Business Partners and members of the Global HR community to ensure full alignment.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure a holistic and positive approach to amplifying our culture.

**Essentials**:

- 5 years+ of working experience, preferably within HR, or consulting experience
- Experience in related culture or employee engagement positions.
- Exposure to designing and implementing culture enhancement, engagement and listening strategies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and analytical tools
- Involvement in supporting organizational change through cultural initiatives.
- Strong project management skills
- Confident communicator in written English and presentations
