Warehouse Teamleader

**The Experienced Warehouse Team Leader**will be responsible for

supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse personnel,

with a specific focus on truck offloading, ULD breakdown,

pallet building, and truck loading. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

**JOB RESPONSIBLITIES**:
**1.Truck Offloading**:

- Coordinate and supervise the offloading of trucks, ensuring timely and efficient processing of incoming shipments.
- Verify incoming shipments against delivery documentation and resolve any discrepancies.
- Direct warehouse staff to unload trucks safely and prioritize the handling of time-sensitive goods.

**2.ULD Breakdown**:

- Lead the breakdown of ULDs to facilitate the efficient storage and distribution of goods.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of packaging materials in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Inbound planning team to schedule ULD pickup and return.

**3.Pallet Building**:

- Oversee the building of pallets for storage or shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Train warehouse staff on proper pallet building techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor pallet inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed

**4.Truck Loading**:

- Coordinate and supervise the loading of trucks with outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify shipment accuracy and completeness before loading onto trucks.
- Ensure compliance with loading protocols and safety regulations.

**5.Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Assign tasks and monitor workload distribution to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including truck offloading, ULD breakdown, pallet building, and truck loading.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

**LOCATION**:Changiweg 8, 1437 EP Rozenburg, Netherlands. (40 HOURS PER WEEK)

Pay: €3.000,00 - €4.000,00 per month
