**Position Description**

DOOR Foundation is seeking a passionate and eager-to-learn PR, Social Media, and Marketing Intern. This internship will take place from mid-January to mid-April 2024 and focuses on sharing the outcomes of our recently concluded residency programme, including five short films, performance video documentation, and photography, through various digital and physical platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an international arts initiative, working closely with the curatorial team and filmmaker to develop strategies for public outreach.

**Duties include**
- **Marketing Research**: Explore global film festivals, screening spaces, and digital outreach platforms for sharing the residency's outcomes.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement a plan to release the films and other residency material across digital platforms.
- **Outreach Assistance**: Contribute to curatorial discussions on promoting the films and performances to diverse audiences.
- **Archiving Support**: Assist in updating and organizing the residency archive on the website.
- **Team Collaboration**: Learn about the filmmaking process, residency operations, and its curatorial framework.
- **Optional Tasks**: Video editing and working with Adobe Creative Cloud tools to assist in creating marketing content (preferred but not required).

**Qualifications**
- A student or recent graduate (WO, HBO) in a relevant field.
- Strong interest in performance, film, and/or contemporary art.
- Good command of the English language.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organized, with a creative and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and video editing software is highly preferred but not required.

**Eligibility**
- Applicants must be enrolled in or recent graduates of an HBO or WO study program in the Netherlands.
