Customer Care Representative

**Customer Care Representative for 32 - 40 hours per week**

VitalScientific B.V. is a unique company in the Netherlands (based in Spankeren) that develops and produces In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) instruments; these are highly qualified small and medium-sized analysis instruments, especially for blood analysis. These instruments are used in laboratories and hospitals worldwide. The vast majority of equipment is exported to Central and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

VitalScientific B.V. is looking for a Customer Care employee who is committed to providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally. We rely on you to tackle different situations and to answer questions from our customers and suppliers in order to keep our service level high.

**These will be your tasks, among other things**
- You are responsible for complete order management (including preparing and issuing quotes/entering and confirming orders/invoicing the orders/preparing pro-forma invoices);
- You ensure that stocks are replenished on time, taking into account the minimum and maximum stock levels;
- You ensure adequate archiving (digital and hard copy);
- You work closely with colleagues from the Sales and Logistics department;
- You keep the purchasing and sales prices up to date in the various systems.

**What you bring**
- You have an MBO+ work and thinking level;
- You have relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken) is a requirement;
- Proficiency in the French language is an advantage;
- Accurate, strong communicator, efficient and stress-resistant.
