**About the position**:
In your role as a Junior Trading assistant (Part-time), you will assist our clients during their onboarding on the platform, with deposits and withdrawals and administrative tasks.

You will be the first point of contact between retail clients and the company. It's a great way to learn all about the products offered on the DEGIRO platform and start your career with a company active in the financial markets.

To help you with your daily tasks, you will join a group of young, smart and motivated colleagues. You will also work closely with the Trading Assistants, who are responsible for assisting with clients' trading-related issues.

**To best assist our clients, we offer you**:

- An onboarding training program, where you will be introduced to the financial markets, the products offered on our platform and client lifecycle management at DEGIRO.
- Your assistance to clients will include the following:

- You will assist our clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from the start of the registration until the moment they can finally use their account (onboarding, deposits, KYC);
- You will communicate between the different departments running the operations within the international organization of flatexDEGIRO, of which DEGIRO is a part. You will use your communication skills in an international atmosphere on a wide variety of topics.
