**What you do on a typical day**
- Manage, analyze and improve the process flows in our warehouse.
- Create balance in the order flow
- Handle order waves in the Warehouse Management System in most efficient way
- Create layouts and material flows
- Coordinating with Team Leaders on calculating & scheduling the workforce
- Identify inefficiencies or process bottlenecks and make necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
- Continuously monitor workflows and processes to maintain smooth operations and high performance.

**What you need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role within logistics and warehousing
- Strong communicative skills in English are a must
- Experience using WMS is a must, Reflex knowledge is a very nice to have
- Implementation experience an advantage
- Excel experience is a must
