Ons hotel ligt centraal en is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Amsterdam. Het historische gebouw van NH City Centre Amsterdam was vroeger het hoofdkantoor van het kledingbedrijf Gerzon en sommige van de originele details zijn nog zichtbaar in het pand. Door de centrale locatie is oer is altijd wat te beleven in ons hotel en is geen dag is hetzelfde.

Ons team komt uit alle windstreken en werkt ook al lang in ons hotel. En dat komt door de positieve, open en vriendelijke sfeer die in ons team hangt. Maar zeker ook door de mogelijkheden om door te groeien binnen onze keten.

**What are you going to do?**
Jij zorgt ervoor dat het eerste contact met gasten al gelegd wordt voor hun verblijf, je onderhoudt dit contact tijdens het verblijf en zorgt zelfs voor het laatste contact na het verblijf. Jij herkent knelpunten op het gebied van service (hotelbreed), je analyseert deze en draagt actief bij aan de verbetering van het serviceniveau. Dit alles doe je jouw natuurlijke enthousiasme en charisma.

Daarnaast ben jij aanspreekpunt in het geval van klachten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle correspondentie op online review websites. Bovendien zorg je dat de Quality Standards van de NH Hotel Group in het gehele hotel worden nageleefd.
