**Regional Sales Manager - Identity & Access Management (f/m/d)**
You will encounter solutions related to digital transformation using cloud, data and software. **Your mission**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to (over)achieve yearly revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the assigned territory, focusing on our products in the field of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Identify potential customers, create a robust pipeline, and convert leads into successful deals
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to capitalize on opportunities and address potential threats effectively
- Proactively drive all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, organizing demos and POVs (proof of value), responding to RFPs, negotiating, and closing process
- Collaborate with marketing, channel team, product management and other related parties to develop communities, sales campaigns and any other tools required to be successful in the territory
**We are looking forward to**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or another related field of study or equivalent work experience
- Substantial track record in a quota driven sales role selling IAM and / or IT security solutions to medium and large accounts
- Fluency in English and Dutch
