**_Coffee Solutions is JDE Peet’s dedicated out of home business, delivering great coffee experiences to more than 80.000 B2B customers across 8 markets in West & Northern Europe._**
**_ As the central Business Analyst for Coffee Solutions you will be the driving force pushing for data-driven decision making by the Coffee Solutions Leadership Team,_** **_whilst proactively flagging opportunities for business improvement in different areas of our business. To be successful in this role, you are not only a knowledgeable analytics professional, but you are also strong in connecting with both local and central teams and stakeholders in our Coffee Solutions business. We count on your mindset to create value and your get-up & go attitude to make impact in our value chain._**
**_ In this role you get to work in the central Coffee Solutions team and will report into the Finance Director Coffee Solutions._**
**Responsibilities**
- **_ Monthly (KPI) reporting & analysis_**:
- **_ Structural & ad hoc analysis to identify and provide visibility on business opportunities_**:
- **_ Support central & local Coffee Solutions teams establishing comprehensive business cases_**:
- **_ Build & maintain the Coffee Solutions Analytics Community_**:
- **_ Be the source of information & data insights for several departments and markets _**
**Qualifications**:
- **_ High autonomy, structured approach to work, proactive and problem-solving attitude_**:
- **_ Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights into recommendations & actions that create value._**:
- **_ Strong business acumen and ability to connect the dots. Understanding the business processes and their performance drivers (operational & financial)_**:
- **_ Solid understanding of multiple source data and analytical platforms (e.g. SAP Hana/BW, PowerBI, AlteryX, Excel)_**:
- **_ Compelling stakeholder management and communication skills (in English)_**:
- **_ Passion for technology, data and learning new systems on the fly _**:
- **_3-5 years of experience in business analytics, working with both systems and people_**
