Procurement Coordinator

**You are part of Robin's Procurement Team, where your expertise will be pivotal for scaling-up our supply chain to facilitate the company's growth**

As a Procurement Coordinator, you handle daily supplier operations, maintain accurate data, and communicate internally during escalations. You also build supplier relationships, identify improvement areas, and oversee supplier selection, negotiations, outsourcing, and performance monitoring for continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of the daily operations with the suppliers: RFQ, POs, handling NCs, expediting, resolving show-stoppers;
- Timely ordering of parts for manufacturing and S&S, in line with the demand;
- Responsible that the supplier data is accurate in the ERP system (address, contact, lead time, cost price in BOM);
- Communication on status for the internal stakeholders in case of internal escalations (e.g. NCs, show-stoppers): production, logistics, warehouse, project management;
- Build relationship with the suppliers, regular visits to review status and plans, identify improvement areas and action plans.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of purchasing and procurement;
- You have experience with ERP systems;
- You have experience in the technical make industry;
- You are a strong team player, have analytical thinking skills and quick adaptation to fast changing environment;
- Electronic and and computer parts knowledge is a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- You live in The Netherlands at commuting distance to The Hague.
