Word jij de front vrouw of man van ons kantoor? Wij zijn op zoek naar een Office Manager waarbij service verlenen op het lijf geschreven staat. Je vervult graag een zelfstandige, centrale rol om anderen te ontzorgen en zaken soepel en efficiënt te laten verlopen.

**Als Office Manager krijg je onder andere deze taken**:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij in
- en externe communicatie;
- Je beheert diverse mailboxen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de marketing en PR (waaronder het bijhouden van de website en social mediakanalen);
- Je ondersteunt de verkoopafdeling en zo nodig de administratie;
- Je coördineert en beheert facilitaire zaken, zoals voorraadbeheer, schoonmaak, het wagenpark, telefonie en kantooronderhoud;
- Je organiseert interne meetings of feestjes;
- Je boekt incidenteel zakenreizen en reserveert hotels en restaurants;
- Je draagt zorg voor attenties bij bijzondere gebeurtenissen;
- Je rapporteert aan de commercieel directeur.

**Dit is wie wij zoeken**:

- Je hebt mínimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding. Bij voorkeur in de richting van Office Management, Secretarieel Management of een vergelijkbare discipline;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur enge ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als in het Engels;
- Je hebt een proactieve houding;
- Je hebt het vermogen zelfstandig te werken;
- Je bezit sterke organisatorische vaardigheden;
- Je hebt het vermogen prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving;
- Je kan goed overweg met kantoortechnologieën en software, zoals MS Office;
- Je bent fulltime beschikbaar op basis van 38,75 uur (onze werkweek).
