**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- ** Behoeften van Klanten Achterhalen**: Je luistert aandachtig naar de klant om hun behoeften en wensen volledig te begrijpen. Je stelt de juiste vragen en biedt oplossingen die precies aansluiten bij hun situatie.
- ** Registratie en Volgen**: Je registreert klantgegevens en interacties zorgvuldig in ons ticketsysteem Zendesk. Dit zorgt voor een gestructureerd overzicht en helpt bij het verbeteren van toekomstige interacties.
- ** Samenwerken met Andere Afdelingen**: Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om klantproblemen efficiënt en effectief op te lossen. Goede communicatie en samenwerking zijn cruciaal voor het snel vinden van oplossingen.
- ** Verbeteringen Voorstellen**: Je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze klantenservice en bedrijfsprocessen kunnen verbeteren. Je identificeert kansen voor verbetering en deelt je ideeën met je team en leidinggevenden.
- ** Positieve Teamomgeving**: Je draagt bij aan een positieve en ondersteunende werksfeer. Door open communicatie en samenwerking met je collega's, werk je samen aan het behalen van gezamenlijke doelen.
