**Join our team at Levy **We are seeking an **IT Team Lead** to join our community. In this role, you'll lead and manage multiple teams across high-impact technical projects. As a guiding force, you'll provide oversight, direction, and strategic support to ensure our teams deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. With your IT background and understanding of data, cloud technology, and AI, you'll focus on empowering and guiding teams, rather than engaging in hands-on technical tasks.
**Responsibilities**
- You will lead multiple cross-functional teams, guiding and mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and promoting best practices. Rather than performing technical tasks, you'll inspire and align the team with project goals and organizational standards.
- You will oversee all stages of **GenAI and data-driven projects**, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with organizational objectives. Your strategic oversight will set the roadmap, coordinate workflows, and maintain project progress and alignment.
- You will Collaborate with Stakeholders, You will work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other technical leads, refining project scopes and ensuring solutions align with business needs. Through clear communication and collaboration, you will keep channels open, creating synergy across teams.
- You will identify opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline workflows, implementing best practices that elevate efficiency and foster high standards across all project teams.
- You will provide technical Insight: Drawing from your **IT background**, you will advise teams on technical decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient without directly handling technical tasks.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- You have extensive experience in a leadership role, such as **IT Lead or Technical Lead**, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
- You are familiar with data-related fields and may have experience in Data Engineering or similar technical areas, giving you the insight needed to support data and AI initiatives.
- You possess expertise in **Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps,** understanding how to manage deployments and facilitate solutions without needing to execute technical tasks directly.
- You have excellent communication skills in **English**, essential for working with international teams and articulating project needs to a diverse set of stakeholders.
- You are skilled at project management, capable of balancing multiple priorities, and delivering results under tight timelines while maintaining a focus on quality and standards.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools is a plus, adding value as we expand our AI-driven projects and solutions.
