In the role of Front of House manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the daily Front Office and F&B operations together with a dedicated team of Bar and Desk Hosts. You naturally inspire your team members with your upbeat personality, and you find it important to create a positive and inclusive work environment where fun comes first. In this role you will report directly to the Operations Manager of the hotel with whom you will constantly be looking for improvements, optimization and new ideas.

**This is what you're going to do**
- Lead and train the team by coordinating the activities of the front office, breakfast and bar;
- Assist to monitor and handle guest complaints, and create pro-active planning to increase guest satisfaction scores;
- Interview & selection and training & development of employees;
- Flexibility to respond to different work situations (including scheduling);
- Working closely together with our housekeeping and maintenance team.

You work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with people from different cultures and backgrounds. As a result, you always keep an overview, are able to set priorities and switch quickly. You know how to make connections and you take the initiative when decisions have to be made.

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have an MBO or Bachelor degree in Tourism or Hospitality and have at least 2 years of experience in a management position in the Hospitality Industry. We expect you to have an operational mind-set yet a creative mind, who drives innovative ideas to increase guest satisfaction and revenue. You also speak and write fluently in English. It goes without saying that you are an inspiring manager who can make strategic decisions, has an helicopter view and is able to create and nurture a professional and inspiring environment to your guests and team.
