Beiersdorf Benelux with about 210 employees is a young organization with its two offices in Amsterdam and Brussels where we collaborate as one Beiersdorf team cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR departments. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Intern, you will gain a deeper understanding and hands-on experience in various elements that are part of the daily HR job at Beiersdorf. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources.

**Your Tasks**:
Recruitment Support:

- Assist with job postings, CV screening and coordinating interviews;
- Assist with university relations, like organizing participation at career fairs; and for Belgium: analyze & set-up university relations;

Employee Inquiries Support:

- Support with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating the NL Onboarding Day ensuring a smooth start for new employees;
- Assist with handling employee inquiries, escalating to the corresponding HR colleague if applicable;
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed;

HR Projects Participation:

- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as process improvements, policy and Employer Branding deployment;
- Support with the organization of employee engagement initiatives and events, like EUNA got talent;

**Your Profile**:

- Enrolled in HBO or university studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related studies;
- Available for 5-6 months, 40 hours per week (fulltime);
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in this field;
- Passion for the dynamic environment in FMCG and for our brands;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (verbal and written);
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Proactive, service oriented and ability to set priorities;
- Solution oriented and pragmatic, but with the right attention to detail;

This is a permanent internship position. Our next opening will start in July/August/September 2024.

- An internship allowance of 750 euros per month and 10 vacation days, based on a full-time internship;

- Working from home is possible for a maximum of 2 days/week;

- Beiersdorf works with flex spaces, interactive meeting rooms and a brainstorming project room including table tennis table, and offers good coffee and free fruit & snacks.
