Knowledge Management Architect

When it comes down to it, the mission is to provide our Manufacturing employees with easy access to knowledge and experts in order to tackle the toughest problems, to stimulate knowledge sharing, and bring business value. We are looking for an experienced knowledge management architect to help drive and execute the Knowledge Management (KM) and collaboration roadmap for Manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive initiatives for improving access to knowledge and experts
- Support factory breakthrough projects and provide knowledge management support, e.g. information architectures, site creation, and providing solutions for KM challenges
- Execute projects for Manufacturing, like Learning Experience Platform, x-factory communities of practice, Search & expert finding, SharePoint sites, LCM, taxonomy, etc
- Define the future KM landscape for Manufacturing and the roadmap towards it
- Serve as a highly visible, credible and respected model, and advocate across the factories as it adopts knowledge management and collaboration principles and processes
- Bring key enablers in place for improving people-2-content, content-2-people, and people-2-people in terms of culture and behavior, processes, technology, while promoting KM and the use of common approaches within Manufacturing.
- Investigate new technology and initiate innovation activities, eg Artificial Intelligence for KM
- As you are part of the Manufacturing Academy, you will work closely with the learning teams in order to reduce time to competence for employees

**Required Experience And Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Knowledge Management, Collaboration, Information Management, Business Process Management
- Must have experience in creating SharePoint sites and solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Search and PnP search is a pre
- Must be able to provide direction based on experience and vision
- Must have an understanding of the IT landscape supporting Learning, Knowledge Management, and Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and elicit business needs and related analysis skills (examples: to build business cases, develop and implementation of realization plans for business cases, ask the right questions to identify business requirements)
- Experience in multi-nationals and cross-cultural work environments
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills, with experience of collaborating and sharing knowledge between diverse and disperse teams

**Preferred Experience And Skills**
- Knowledge of Agile way-of-working
- Experience with Gen AI, MS copilot
- Information Security understanding

**Education Minimum Requirements**
Bachelor degree in knowledge management, information management, or related area of study
