You can work next to your studies flexibly on the weekend or evenings. Will you accept this challenge with us?

Our newly renovated office is located on the A58 with a bus stop right in front of the door. Nice and central in beautiful Rosmalen (between 's-Hertogenbosch and Nijmegen). The building is completely decorated in the ON THAT ASS style. And, with the high windows and colorful meeting rooms, it makes for a very nice and inspiring place to work. Your desk is waiting for you in the customer service department. Together with your international team, you will communicate with our members. Our office is open every day from 08:00 - 17:00. The customer care department is available from 08:00 - 22:00. In this position it is possible to work from home, but we also enjoy it when you regularly come to the office. This is always in consultation with you.

**About you**:

- Speak and write flawless Italian as well as flawless English or Dutch. Multiple languages are also welcome;
- Are available for at least 12 hours a week;
- You live in the Netherlands;
- You have your own laptop or computer with stable internet access (if you want to work from home).

**What will you do?**

You are an important link within our organization. Our members contact you if they have a question about their boxer shorts, their account, or perhaps they have a question about a payment. All types of questions come through. It is important that you know how to set priorities and keep the ultimate goal in mind. A happy customer Some of your duties will include:

- Maintaining good contact with our members and together with your team ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Lending a listening ear in conversations that can sometimes be difficult;
- Translating content and vacancies.
