**Your tasks**:

- Monitoring of facility processes, initiating improvements, and communicating planned work to operations;
- Developing and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facility processes;
- Responsible for the daily management of facilities, including hard and soft services at Arvato;
- Collaborating with the Operations Excellence team to optimize and maintain facilities;
- Continuously evaluating facility processes and making adjustments as needed to meet the organization's needs.

**Your profile**:

- Possessing a Vocational or Bachelor’s degree with experience in process improvement;
- Excelling in communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration;
- Demonstrable ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on cooperation;
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively manage complex tasks;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other facility management software, promoting efficiency.

**We offer**:

- Between €2.404;
- en €3.867,-. We top it off with a fully paid retirement plan, discounted gym memberships;
