**Logistic Manager**

Als Logistic Manager draag je zorg voor de juiste leverbetrouwbaarheid en efficiency van alle goederenstromen zo ver dat binnen de verantwoordelijkheid van de afdeling logistiek/warehouse ligt.

Hierbij optimaliseer je niet alleen de warehouse en transportactiviteiten, maar sta jij voor het totale traject vanaf leverancier tot aan de klant. In deze organisatie krijg je de vrijheid om jouw initiatieven tot werkelijkheid te maken, samen met je team.

**Wat is jouw plaats in de organisatie?**
Je geeft direct leiding aan 4 fte: Inbound en Outbound Coördinatoren en een teamleider warehouse. De teamleider warehouse geeft leiding aan de warehouse medewerkers.
Jouw totale logistieke en warehouse afdeling bestaat 10 fte.
In deze functie rapporteer je direct aan de vestigingsdirecteur en is er een dotted line naar de European Operations Manager.
Je bent de spil in de samenwerking tussen de afdelingen Inkoop, Sales en Financiële administratie.
Lid van het lokale managementteam.

**Wat betekent dit nu in de praktijk?**

Jouw focus is gericht op het behalen van de juiste resultaten met betrekking tot de warehouse en transportactiviteiten. Het juiste product, tegen de juiste prijs op het juiste moment bij de juiste klant. Op actieve wijze ondersteun en promoot je de missie, visie en strategie van organisatie. Als coach ondersteun je de logistieke en warehouse teams, waarbij ontwikkeling en continu verbeteren centraal staat, zowel extern als ook intern. Op regelmatige basis neem je deel aan projecten op dit vlak. Tevens houd je je bezig met het verbeteren van de servicelevels van externe warehouses/transporteurs.
Door middel van rapportages en analyses heb je een goed inzicht in de efficiency en kosten.
Je weet de (nieuwe) werkwijzen te borgen in ISO, waardoor de verandering blijvend wordt.

**De ideale Logistiek & Warehouse Manager heeft?**
- Een afgeronde hbo+ of WO-opleiding
- Ruime aantoonbare managementervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Kennis van het werken in een internationale logistieke handelsomgeving
- Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelste taal uitstekend, een andere EU-taal is een pré
- Heeft een goed oog voor continu verbeteren (Lean/ 6 Sigma)
- Ervaring met IT- and TMS systemen
- Goede omgang met MS Office
- Kennis van douane en btw-regels en proceduresis een pré
- Inzicht in transportmogelijkheden

**Over Logisch werving en selectie**:
Logisch is gespecialiseerd in het bemiddelen van HBO- en WO-professionals binnen de vakgebieden Supply Chain, Logistiek en Operations. Wij bemiddelen in zowel vaste functies (werving en selectie) als interim-opdrachten (interim-management) in heel Nederland.
