As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site EHS Lead to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

**Health and Safety Auditor**:
As a Health and Safety auditor, you will be foundational in ensuring everyone stays safe and healthy in the workplace. You'll perform risk assessments, and teach people to maintain a safe work environment. You'll work with different departments to identify hazards and develop mitigation practices. It'll also be your job to ensure the organization follows all safety regulations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine task-based risk assessments to identify potential workplace hazards
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and preventative actions.
- Commitment to safety and security of our clients' critical infrastructure
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and corrective actions taken.
- Ability to conduct walk inspection rounds
- Identify security issues and make daily reports on findings
- Collaborate with emergency response teams to ensure preparedness.
- Recommend and support the HSE equipment and practices.
- Collaborate with facility, vendor, and customer management teams to ensure a safe physical working environment for every person on-site.

**Skills and Experience**:

- QHSE audit experience
- Completed HBO or currently studying in a safety domain
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch (speaking and writing)
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of security measures and protocols in a data center environment beneficial
- Available for 32 hours a week over 5 days (including Saturdays)
- Safe Pass Card required

- Ability to understand and stay up-to-date with country-specific legislation related to the business, ensuring compliance
- Implement HSE Policy & Procedures
- Conduct noise assessments
- Conduct safety meetings
