**Wie zijn wij?**

Base Capital is een onafhankelijke investeringsmaatschappij en belegt gezamenlijk met co-investeerders, waaronder een besloten groep vermogende families, in grootschalige nieuwbouw woningprojecten en supermarkten op toplocaties in het centrum van steden met grote schaarste. Projecten die doorgaans enkel toegankelijk zijn voor institutionele beleggers. Momenteel bevinden zich bijna 300 huurwoningen in aanbouw, terwijl voor nog eens 700 de bouw gepland staat, met een totale waarde van circa 300 miljoen euro. Om collectief te kunnen beleggen structureren we exclusieve vastgoedfondsen en diverse financiële producten.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Base Capital groeit en is op zoek naar versterking. Als Investor Relations Manager bouw je zelfstandig jouw eigen netwerk op met vermogende families die potentieel geïnteresseerd zijn om te beleggen in vastgoed. Wij verzorgen een uitgebreide opleiding om je verder te helpen in jouw carrière in de vastgoedwereld. Zowel ervaren als onervaren kandidaten nodigen wij uit om te reageren. Mits je je herkent in onderstaand profiel.

**Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?**

Wekelijks bepalen we op kantoor in Amsterdam gezamenlijk de marketingstrategie om nieuwe leads te genereren. Vervolgens benader je de potentiële investeerders telefonisch om hun wensen en eisen in kaart te brengen. De eerste contacten leg je vanuit kantoor in Amsterdam en vanuit huis. Als potentiële investeerders geïnteresseerd zijn, maak je een persoonlijke afspraak op het hoofdkantoor in ’s-Hertogenbosch of op de locatie bij de lopende projecten om een uitgebreide presentatie te verzorgen.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Afgeronde commerciële economische studie op MBO / HBO niveau
- Je hebt een pré als je beschikt over een netwerk van vermogende families;
- Je hebt affiniteit met de ontwikkelingen op de financiële markten en vastgoed;
- Je legt makkelijk contacten en beleeft plezier aan de omgang met mensen;
- Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en bent een doorzetter;
- Je hebt werkervaring in een commerciële functie, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector;
- Je bent zelf-startend en pakt de regie over jouw werkzaamheden;
- Je bent gedreven, ambitieus en wil graag alles leren over vastgoed en beleggen.
