Are you a dynamic Learning & Development professional with a passion for leadership development and talent management? As the M**anager Learning & Development EMEA,** you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our organization by creating and implementing strategic initiatives across the region. You are an experienced trainer and able to see the needs within the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and Education Specialists across EMEA. You will lead efforts in delivering both face-to-face and virtual training programs, fostering skill development within plants, coaching leaders, managing talent, and overseeing assessments. You will have one direct report: the Senior Learning & Development Specialist.

Your responsibilities will span leadership development, skill-building, and talent management in EMEA. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Global L&D and Talent Management team to design and execute programs that align with business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a consistent L&D strategy for EMEA in collaboration with HRBPs and management.
- Lead regional Learning & Development projects across EMEA.
- Assess business needs for leadership development, skill-building, and talent management.
- Conduct individual leadership, career, and talent assessments using various tools.
- Strengthen leadership capabilities at all levels by managing and delivering tailored leadership programs.
- Engage stakeholders within the business and HR to ensure alignment, support, and effective execution of programs.
- Coach and support key leaders in creating robust development plans that address succession planning and growth needs.
- Design and implement training programs to accelerate organizational capability-building across corporate and plant levels.
- Manage the corporate training budget for EMEA.
- Coordinate cross-plant training efforts and support Education Specialists within the plants.
- Train HR and business managers on Talent Management and L&D principles.
- Drive innovation in Talent Management and Learning & Development.

**What You Bring**
- A master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management roles.
- Proven experience as a trainer and coach.
- A track record of successfully developing and implementing organizational leadership programs.
- Extensive knowledge of talent management and L&D practices in an international work environment.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Experience working in international companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
