**Role & Responsibilities**

We are looking for an ambitious individual to take on a significant amount of responsibility as a Corporate Finance Analyst on a full-time basis. Your tasks will include:

- Active involvement across the entire deal cycle of a corporate finance transactions, from origination and structuring, through to execution;
- Conducting comprehensive market research and analyses on companies and markets, assessing the investment case, strategy, leading products and competitive landscape;
- Building cash flow models and conducting thorough financial analyses;
- Preparing engaging powerpoint presentations for clients, from short Teasers to full Investment Memoranda
- Leading client meetings alongside our SCG colleagues, showcasing your professionalism and expertise
- Learning from, and supporting, the Sustainable Finance Advisory team in performing impact assessments and ensuring compliance with the EU Taxonomy and SFDR;
**Qualifications**
- A Master’s degree in business or finance
- At least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance, Investment, Accounting, or similar
- Excellent financial modelling capabilities
- Know your way around PowerPoint formatting and messaging
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Eagerness to work with a diverse and vibrant team

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge about sustainability.
- Ability to speak an additional European language to English.
