The main goal of ING in this case is to improve the sustainable recovery percentage, which is the amount of people who successfully recover from their payment delays and who do not fall back into arrears. It’s an opportunity to learn about customers with difficult debts related to sustainable recovery.

**Role and responsibilities**

You will do research on these customer group and use scientific knowledge to do (digital) recommendations. To perform this research, certain factors need to be identified that differentiate customers that successfully sustainably recover as opposed to those who don´t, by:

- Interviews with the case managers
- Investigate customer groups
- Collect Quantitative and qualitative data which can answer your research questions.
- Perform a gap analysis
- Recommendations to make the process more scalable by using innovative digital tools based on customer needs.

**How to succeed**

To take on this challenging and rewarding opportunity, you’ll need:

- Master (second year) student with a strong interest in Sustainability / Financial Health for graduation purpose (Thesis)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ambition and energy level
- Research skills
- Fluency in business English and ideally oral proficiency in Dutch
