**Financial Administrator (M/F)**

You will manage the accounting department of our organization, ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all accounting processes and reports to management. You take pride in your work and proactively assume responsibility for maintaining high standards in all financial operations.

With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you have demonstrated your confidence and expertise as an accounting professional. For our organization, it's essential that you have experience with Twinfield and/or Exact Globe, and possess excellent Excel skills. Experience with factoring and its administration would be a valuable advantage.

**These responsibilities are not unknown to you**:

- Performing complete bookkeeping from A to Z.
- Point of contact within the organization regarding VAT and payroll taxes and their declaration.
- Booking and charging salaries provided by HR/payroll provider.
- Accounts Receivable
- Proper, timely and complete monthly, quarterly and annual closings of your administrations.
- Prepare weekly management information and identify areas of concern and red flags to management.
- Implement Legal and Fiscal Rules.
- Provide information and suggest ter for improvements so that management can make business decisions.
- Optimizing processes and procedures, improving efficiency and implementing controls and proposing improvement proposals for processes, procedures and system design/automation
- Oversee compliance with key procedures and provide feedback on them to the organization and management.

**You can fulfill the following**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- MBO level 4 - HBO working and thinking level
- Excellent skills with MS Excel
- Demonstrated experience with Exact Globe and/or Twinfield is a plus
- Experience with Factoring and its administration is a big plus.
- No "9 to 5" mentality

**Who we are**:
Match4markets is an online marketing company with clients throughout Europe, UK and Canada. Our internal call center facilitates quote comparisons for different types of products. We receive online quote requests on which the calling agents follow up daily by phone.

We work from a fresh, international office in Leiden, right next to Leiden Central Station. The working languages are English and Dutch and the team consists of about 50 colleagues with a pleasant mix of different nationalities.
