Mentor Leiden is recruiting for a part-time Finance Administrator, located in Leiden, The Netherlands.

Mentor Leiden reports through the Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group and falls under the MedTech Supply Chain division of Johnson & Johnson (J&J). Our company is based in Leiden, Netherlands, and is dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of breast implant products to more than 100 J&J Affiliates, who receive their products through the European Distribution Centre (EDC), located near Brussels. The Finance Department in Leiden has 5 employees and is responsible for all financial & accounting processes, as well as reporting, forecasting, and providing financial information to our various business partners. The ERP platform used is JD Edwards. We are currently looking for an SFA to join our dedicated team.

What you’ll do:
The Finance Administrator we are looking for will have a driving role mostly in:

- Preparing vouchers, account statements, reports and other financial records and reviewing them for accuracy.
- Verifying and posts details of business transactions into financial systems.
- Compiling and writing comprehensive reports for analysts and managers.
- Assisting with preparing and keying journal entries at month end.
- Helping prepare reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- Engaging in routine document preparation, file management, scheduling/arranging meetings, travel arrangements, and ordering office supplies.
- Opening, sorting, prioritizing and distributing incoming communications, responding to routine requests.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU
- Ideally 5 years working experience in financial/administrative environment.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Good general ERP (JDE preferably) / systems skills, including proficiency with MS Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills, integrity and positive assertiveness.
- Service-oriented, proactive and flexible attitude.
- Accurate and diligent.
- Ability to cope and align with key deadlines.
- Positive mentality in maintaining and building constructive internal and external contacts with various partners.
