Responsibilities
  • Implementing, maintaining, tuning, and troubleshooting security endpoint solutions to ensure robust protection against cyber threats.
  • Collaborating on technology refresh projects to enhance the overall security posture.
  • Championing automation efforts to streamline security processes and drive efficiency.
  • Staying at the forefront of emerging cybersecurity trends and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Serving as a key liaison for vendor-related matters, contributing to issue troubleshooting, licensing, and evaluating new features.
  • Supporting security investigations to mitigate potential risks.
  • Participating in audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • A strong passion for IT and information security coupled with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
  • Self-motivated and reliable with a genuine enthusiasm for tackling cybersecurity challenges head-on.
  • An inherent sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Solid administrator experience with Windows & Linux is strongly desired.
  • A solid understanding of webservers and databases.
  • Experience with Python, (shell) scripting, and Ansible is strongly desired.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and the independence to tackle tasks autonomously.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
