Wat ga je doen?

Als Operations Officer bij Roan Luxury Camping Holidays ondersteun je je overige collega´s van de afdeling Operations en speel je samen met hen een essentiële rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze accommodaties en het creëren van een onvergetelijke vakantie-ervaring voor onze gasten. Je werkt samen in een jong en dynamisch team op kantoor in Breda. Daarnaast heb je dagelijks contact via de telefoon of per mail met internationale collega's verspreid over Europa. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je werkt aan allerlei taken, waaronder:

- Het volgen van installaties van nieuwe stacaravans en tenten op onze campings;
- Je zorgt voor de afhandeling van transportschades en aftersales claims;
- Je hebt dagelijks contact met onze regioteams en supportteams (zij zijn onze ogen in het veld) en je hebt daarnaast veelvuldig contact met je internationale collega’s van ECGs (European Camping Group support);
- Je zorgt er samen met je collega’s op de afdeling voor dat mails met vraagstukken in de breedste zin van het woord uit de gezamenlijke mailbox opgepakt worden.
- Je leert alle ins
- en outs van het ‘glamping’ werkveld. Op de afdeling Operations werken we vrijwel allround, dat wil zeggen dat je bij alles betrokken wordt en met alle facetten “achter de schermen” te maken gaat krijgen. De ene dag assisteer je bij inkooporders, de andere dag bel je met een collega in Frankrijk over installatieproblemen van nieuwe stacaravans. Weer een andere dag help je mee de instructie-dag op te zetten voor onze campingmedewerkers of bezoek je een beurs in binnen-of buitenland om op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe inventaris items.
- Je bestelt voor je collega’s op de campings de gasflessen en het linnen.
- Het lijkt je leuk om af en toe het vliegtuig te pakken en met je huurauto wat campings te bezoeken om met eigen ogen te zien wat het resultaat is van jouw kantoorwerkzaamheden in Breda
