**The role**:The Dual-Site Studio Manager is responsible for the operations and commercial performance of two studios. Duties include overseeing daily operations, team management, sales optimisation and reporting to meet organisational goals.

**Role specification**:
As a Dual-Site Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
**Dual-Studio Management**
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget and financial targets.
- Implement and monitor process efficiencies, including optimising team methods and streamlining operations to boost sales effectiveness.
- Manage supplier relationships, maintain adequate stock levels, and resolve maintenance issues to ensure studios are in compliance with health and safety standards.

**People Management**
- Build and nurture a high-performing team through training, performance management, and development.
- Support direct reports in fulfilling their responsibilities and maximizing their performance.
- Enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales skills, and overall sales culture.

**Customer Service**
- Maintain front-of-house standards, including cleanliness and client check-in procedures.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high standards.

**Sales Management**
- Drive a sales ethos to deliver targets and delivering exceptional customer.
- Coach the team to excel in customer service and meet studio targets and KPIs.
- Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to closing sales, ensuring effective and profitable execution.

**Forecasting, Budget Management & Reporting**
- Evaluate and monitor sales performance against organisational targets to allotted budget.
- Forecast sales requirements, prepare budgets, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions to meet cluster objectives.
- Set and manage sales targets across the cluster.

**Behaviours, required experience and qualifications**

The Dual-Site Studio Manager will have:
**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role with a track record of meeting financial targets and overseeing daily operations.
- Strong background in sales management - including forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
- Experience in implementing operational and process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Results-driven team player with a keen eye for commercial opportunities.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
