Als **Procesbeheerder Systems Engineering** speel je een cruciale rol bij het beheren van technische projectinformatie, eisen en documentatie in Relatics/Seis. Deze taak is essentieel om het team van engineers te ondersteunen en te ontlasten. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer het registreren en beheren van project specifieke eisen, het inrichten en bijhouden van projecten in de Relatics omgeving, en het beheren van de documentenstroom. Door deze taken uit te voeren, zorgen we ervoor dat onze collega's buiten realtime toegang hebben tot de informatie die door de Engineer binnen is opgesteld, en hoe dit buiten tot realisatie moet worden gebracht.

**Rolbeschrijving Procesbeheerder Systems Engineering op de projectlocatie**:

- **Werklocatie**: Je werkt voornamelijk op onze projectlocatie in het Havengebied, waar je nauw samenwerkt met het projectteam, inclusief onze engineers.
- **Teamondersteuning**: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle teamleden op de hoogte zijn van hun bijdrage aan het project en biedt actieve begeleiding en ondersteuning bij het uitvoeren van processen, zoals het aantonen van eisen.
- **Kwaliteitscontroles**: Je voert regelmatig kwaliteits
- en volledigheidscontroles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat alle processen soepel verlopen en voldoen aan de vereiste normen.
- **Vraagbaak**: Als Procesbeheerder sta je altijd klaar om vragen van engineers te beantwoorden over het correct documenteren van informatie, waardoor je fungeert als centrale vraagbaak voor het team.
- **Interactieve omgeving**: De directe interactie met de Engineers op de projectlocatie maakt deze communicatie en ondersteuning nog eenvoudiger en effectiever.

**Fijn te hebben**:

- Je hebt hbo werk
- en denkniveau;
- Ervaring met technische infrastructuren;
- Ervaring met project
- en procesmatig werken;
- Kennis van en ervaring met Systems Engineering en het informatiebeheertool Relatics/Seis is een pré;
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een auto;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
