**What will you do?**

As a Product Compliance Employee, you will have a varied set of tasks with the ultimate goal of ensuring that our products comply with relevant laws and regulations. The challenge of this role lies in its diversity: midocean's extensive product range means you will work with various types of regulations, such as REACH, food contact materials, cosmetics, and CE directives (toys, personal protective equipment, medical devices, and electronic equipment).

Your tasks include:

- Drafting relevant compliance documents, such as declarations of conformity;
- Checking and completing technical files;
- Answering compliance-related questions from colleagues;
- Reviewing and processing other required documents, such as bills of material and reports;
- Supporting various ad-hoc compliance issues, such as researching applicable regulations for new products.

**The Team**

As a Product Compliance Employee, you will be part of the Operations department. You will work closely with the Product Quality Employee and the Product Compliance Manager, to whom you will report. Additionally, you will work extensively with our colleagues in Hong Kong.

**What we are looking for**

- MBO+ working/thinking level;
- Strong proficiency in English for effective communication with international clients, colleagues, and partners;

- The ability to quickly switch between tasks and absorb, process, and interpret large amounts of information.
