Allseas, a leader in offshore projects, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manager for our Project Planning & Cost Control (PP&CC) Department. Join us to lead a diverse team and drive
excellence in project management.

**Your role**:
As the Manager of the department, you will be at the forefront of our project organization. You will provide leadership and supervision to a team of 25-30 planning engineers and cost controllers spread across our offices in the Netherlands, Houston, Australia and Malaysia. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of SAP, which is set to go live in 2025. Reporting directly to the VP Projects, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Oversee all department activities to support corporate objectives.
- Manage the teams to ensure continuous improvement through the development,
standardization, and automation of reporting systems and processes.
- Coordinate and develop the interface between management, projects, finance,
and other departments.
- Assess workload and resource requirements, and recruit new personnel as needed.
- Set and measure quality standards for the department.
Monitor department output and deadlines and communicate feedback to the team.
- Represent the company and department to clients and suppliers.
- Set budgets, salaries, and bonuses for the department.
- Organise and chair team meetings and events.
- Support the company’s digitalization efforts.

**What we expect from you**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- A BSc or MSc degree in a financial or technical field.
- Excellent knowledge of project cost control techniques.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- At least 15 years of relevant project control experience.
- Experience in offshore and energy is a pre.
- Proven track record as a manager or lead in a hierarchical or functional role.
- Strong result-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Diplomatic and motivational abilities.
- High stress resistance and accuracy.
- Service-minded with a hands-on mentality.
