In de rol van Head of Projects zorg jij dat projecten tijdig en conform afspraken worden opgeleverd samen met een team van Project Managers die je aanstuurt. Je bent commercieel ingesteld en werken met targets is voor jou geen probleem.

Andere thema’s waar jij je mee bezig gaat houden zijn:

Business Development

  • Creëren van een projecten pipeline
  • Schrijven van offertes, aanbestedingen en voorstellen voor klanten
  • Leiden van het sales proces door de ontwikkeling van oplossingen en deelname aan presentaties samen met je collega’s van business development en de operatie
  • Effectieve relaties ontwikkelen met huidige en potentiële klanten en toeleveringspartners


Compliance

  • Naleven van het gezondheids- en veiligheidsbeleid bij alle activiteiten
  • Organiseren van maandelijkse projectbeoordelingsvergaderingen waarin alle aspecten van Health & Safety / CDM-wetgeving en -vereisten aan bod komen


Finance management

  • Beheren van de projecten P&L en de oplevering van het jaarlijkse projectenplan
  • Produceren van maandelijkse financiële rapporten
  • Benutten van marges op projecten door samen te werken met onderaannemers en leveranciers om projectkosten te verlagen
  • Leiden van maandelijkse projectbeoordelingen met BULs, PM's, Project Support, Finance Manager, Procurement Manager, Health & Safety Manager en Commercial Manager


People management

  • Je leidt en traint een team van Project Managers
