**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Learning & Development (L&D)**:

- Develop and implement **L&D strategies** that align with the organization’s goals and workforce development needs.
- Identify training and development opportunities through **skills gap analysis** and feedback from performance evaluations.
- Partner with business leaders to design and deliver high-quality **training programs**, workshops, and e-learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

**2. Talent Management & **d**evelopment**:

- Adminstrate **talent management** initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans.
- Support performance management processes, advising on the development of goals and performance improvement strategies.
- Champion **employee engagement initiatives** and promote a culture of continuous development.

**3. Works Council & Employee Relations**:

- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the **Works Council**, ensuring positive and productive relationships.
- Advise on employment law compliance and handle employee consultations in collaboration with the Works Council.
- Coordinate with the Works Council on policy changes, organizational restructuring, and other workforce-related matters.

**4. General HR Support**:

- Provide day-to-day HR advisory services to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
- Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the business.
- Assist in the development and implementation of **HR policies and procedures** in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, labor laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR Advisor or similar role with a focus on L&D, Talent Management, and Works Council relations.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and talent development programs.
- Strong understanding of employment law and employee relations practices.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management and employee representation bodies.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
