The responsibility of the TA advisor is to ensure the company attracts, hires (and retains) the best employees, while coordinating the growth of a strong talent pipeline. Are you a talented HR professional looking for a new challenge?

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with recruiters, Esther and Mickael, to assist with TA activities.
- Coordinate TA Employer branding campaigns, such as fairs and LinkedIn activities.
- Reporting data analytics expertise is an advantage.

**Experience Needed**:

- Interest in employer branding through social media
- Proactive marketing strategy, including managing the WCSG (West Coast Supply Group) main page for vacancies and events, and implementing questionnaires to increase engagement consistency and diversity.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English and Dutch languages
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Psychometric testing is advantageous.
- Nice to have experience in attracting and headhunting international talent.
