**Job Title**: Business Installed Base manager

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**:
Join an exciting cross-functional team, providing governance, direction and support to projects within the Philips Solutions Transformation organization. The Solutions Transformation program is a cross functional program with global impact that supports Philips ambition to become a solutions’ company. In this respect, several complex programs have been identified in which the PMO ensures that all are running in line with the agreed timelines and budget and that the key stakeholders are kept up to date.

As a PMO Analyst, you are responsible for all day-to-day project management officer tasks and communications between related parties within and outside the program.

You will report directly into the Solutions PMO Lead.

**You are responsible for**:

- Collating inputs from project teams and creating insights on plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Developing and managing the program roadmaps at multiple levels, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Developing positive relationships with teams to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects
- Pro-active and periodic plan monitoring - highlighting deviations to plan in a timely manner
- Ensuring project management standards are followed (e.g. change request, risk, issues & dependencies registration and monitoring, SIM methodology)
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office processes and templates
- Continuously evaluating project deliverables to ensure they are compliant with SIM methodology and Philips standards
- SIM Stage Gates planning and tracking as well as facilitation of PMO Review and Stage Gate meetings
- Responsible for organizing key meetings, preparing presentation slides and taking the notes
- Supporting management of dependencies within the solution transformation program and other enabler programs across Philips
- Supporting the creation and communication of management information reports
- Understanding the deliverables of internal and external PMO stakeholders and contribute to success through cooperative and collegial processes

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of working in Project Management / PMO as part of an international organization
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, other languages are a plus
- Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies (e.g Agile, PMP, etc)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be an advantage
- Knowledge / practical experience in SIM methodology is an advantage ( Philips internal only)
- Experience in portfolio management is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office tools (MS Teams, Power Point, Excel, etc)
- Presentation and communication skills: ability to effectively convey ideas in diverse situations, tailor communication to the audience, and build consensus through fact based discussions
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong at structuring complex tasks and coordination of processes
- Ability to effectively navigate a matrixed organization
- Good influencing skills and sound business acumen

The Business Transformation organization, working in the Solution Transformation program. You will report into the Solutions PMO Lead and support the Solutions Delivery team.
