Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the operations of a technical maintenance center. In this role, you will manage repairs, warehouse management and the overall supply chain related to large military systems. You will also lead a small team and collaborate with both local and international teams, ensuring the highest quality in service delivery.
**Location**: Utrecht, Netherlands

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing a maintenance center (including repairs, warehouse management, and supply chain logistics).
- Experience working with large military systems and managing technical teams.
- Prior service in the Dutch Army as an officer or technical specialist is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Ability to present managerial, financial, and technical topics to customers.
