Als Proces Technicus binnen het R&D-team speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van een soepel productieproces, zowel in reguliere als niet-standaard chip productie proces. Door nauw samen te werken met zowel het R&D- als het productieteam, bedien je geavanceerde apparatuur, bewaak je de kwaliteit van wafers en help je bij het oplossen van procesproblemen. **Rol en Verantwoordelijkheden**:
In deze functie is flexibiliteit van groot belang. Er wordt verwacht dat je op verschillende locaties werkt (TU/e en HTC). Je zult te maken krijgen met diverse chip productie proces, waaronder reguliere productie, niet-standaard processen en R&D wafers. Daarnaast neem je taken over van collega’s tijdens vakanties en afwezigheid.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Het bedienen en beheren van apparatuur voor het produceren en meten van reguliere productie-, niet-standaard, NPI- en R&D wafers.
- Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig uitvoeren van alle processtappen in de cleanroom.
- Zorgvuldig volgen van werkvoorschriften voor elke processtap en correct gebruik van apparatuur.
- Kwaliteit van processtappen bewaken, afwijkingen signaleren en rapporteren of communiceren van eventuele afwijkingen.
- Oplossen van eerste lijn procesproblemen en uitvoeren van taken die zijn toegewezen door Proces
- en R&D Engineers.
- Evalueren en uitvoeren van herbewerkingen.
- Beheer van shop floor support programma's (zoals MES, datasheets).

**Wie we zoeken**:

- MBO-niveau in Procestechnologie, VAPRO, MLO, Chemie of Microbiologie, met mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in wafer processing.
- Vaardigheid in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, blijft kritisch en alert op afwijkingen in het productieproces.
- Goede hand-oog coördinatie voor het zorgvuldig hanteren van wafers.
- Een echte teamspeler - je werkt samen met verschillende teams (Operations, R&D, NPI).
- Je kunt snel productieproblemen herkennen en verbeterkansen signaleren.
- Je blijft resultaatgericht en houdt je focus op het einddoel, ondanks tegenslagen.
- In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en de tijdige voortgang van de waferproductie te waarborgen.
- Flexibiliteit - in deze rol werk je in 2-ploegendiensten en enkele uren in het weekend.
