To reinforce our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our **Amsterdam **site as soon as possible:
**Sales Manager **(M/F/d)**:
**Your area of responsibility**:

- Venue sales (80%) & Field sales (20%)
- Acquisition of new clients in the convention and hotel industry, and a reactive focus on international organizations on the Dutch market.
- Realization of turnover and gross profit targets in an annual sales plan.
- Close cooperation with the respective hotel and industry contacts.
- Maintaining and expanding business relationships with existing customers and supporting
- Customers with a framework agreement (MSA) through joint sales actions and sales training.
- Identifying and evaluating project and sales opportunities
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Representing Encore at customer events (events, trade fairs)
- Implementation of sales and marketing measures

**Your profile**:

- Relevant work experience in the event sector, hotel sector or related service sectors
- Strong sales and goal-oriented personality
- Service mindedness and communication skills
- Ability to work independently but also to manage a project team
- The ability to set up your own sales team in due course.
- MS-Office365 skills
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German and French is a plus
