Warehouse Coordinator

**Essential Job Functions**
- Must meet unit quality and productivity metrics.
- Complete and check paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
- Acts as primary contact with client on site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary
- Work as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network
- Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to ensure prompt resolution
- Manage all client requests and follow ups to ensure that client needs are met
- Out-of-hours work required once monthly covering time-sensitive evening, night and weekend operational duties
- Responsible for managing client reports and assuring stock accuracy
- Other duties as assigned

- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
- Regularly lift and/or move 20 kilograms and occasionally lift and/or move 20 kilograms by hand

- High attention to detail in reviewing stock and identifying discrepancies
- Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Balances individual responsibilities.
- Consistently at work and on time.
- Excellent communication skills in liaising with clients
**Education & Experience**
- Three years related experience preferred.
- Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
- Must have own transport and a full, clean driving license
- Forklift certification preferable but not required
