The Business Control and Financial Planning & Analysis team is an integral part of our Finance department. You will be part of this team, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). As an FP&A controller, your responsibilities include providing insights, forecasting, and advising our Management Board and Executive Committee on strategic topics.

To quote our CFO, Jörg de Graaf: "FP&A is where overall results and insight come together and advice is given to senior management".

Your main responsibilities include:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, analyze and monitor KPIs, and contribute to strategic planning, budget creation, and forecasting cycles;
- Develop and maintain financial data warehouses and reports alongside the Business Intelligence (BI) team;
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.

**You connect with us, if you**:

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Economics, Controlling, Econometrics or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working in the field of Finance.
- Are familiar with and have experience in running a full Planning & Control-cycle, preferably in a listed company.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, as you will work with various financial data warehouses and, of course, Excel.
- Present your analyses and advice in a structured and understandable manner.
- Are fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch considered a bonus
- Would like to work at least 32 hours a week
- Reside within a commutable distance of Breda or be willing to commute to Breda for 3 days a week.
