**Als Brand Management Lead**...
Ben jij verantwoordelijk voor ons merk binnen de categorieën Healthy Snacks en Natural Spreads (B’tween en Hero Jam). Het jouw doel om te zorgen voor een goede implementatie van de Hero marketingstrategie met een doorvertaling naar de jaarplannen. Zo draag je bij aan het continu versterken van de marktpositie van Hero binnen ‘Healthy Snacks (tussendoor)’ en ‘Natural Spreads (zoet broodbeleg). Hero Benelux is het Nederlandse kantoor van de internationale Hero Group met het hoofdkantoor in Lenzburg, Zwitserland. Als Brand Management Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het internationale contact met de stakeholders van jouw categorieën. Dit betekent dat je het belang van Hero bij de keuze van NPD’s behartigt en dat je de communicatielijnen strak houdt. Dit doe je samen met jouw team. Je geeft namelijk leiding aan een Junior Brand Manager en een Marketing & Packaging Specialist.

**Hoe ga je dit doel bereiken?**
In deze functie maak je een scherpe analyse van de marktontwikkelingen en speel je in op de trends en kansen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van de afdeling Digital, Category Management, Sales, en internationale category managers. Jouw bevindingen en resultaten rapporteer je aan de Head of Marketing Hero Benelux.
- In onze ondernemende omgeving met een groep gemotiveerde collega’s ben je onder meer verantwoordelijk voor: Het projectmanagement van NPD projecten, in samenwerking met zowel de internationale Hero organisatie als de lokale afdelingen.
- In dit NPD/portfolio management horen ook de operationele executie taken, zoals design development, research voorbereidingen en legal claims.
- Uitrollen en optimaliseren van het communicatieplan waaronder media, website en consumenten-activaties.
- Het voorzitten van het multidisciplinair Category Team. Je bent hierbij de spreekbuis van het Category Team richting de organisatie.
- Het opstellen van de commerciële jaarplannen, op basis van de merkstrategie.
- A-Budget verantwoordelijk, in samenwerking met de Commercial Controller.
- Het aansturen en stimuleren van je team.

Je bent gedreven, zelfstandig, proactief en creatief. Je kunt strategische onderwerpen prima combineren met operationele executievraagstukken. Verder ben je sterk in projectmanagement en ben je een echte communicatiespecialist.

Om echt te kunnen slagen in deze rol, heb je in ieder geval de volgende items op je CV staan:

- Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Commerciële Economie, Communicatie of Marketing.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Brand Management binnen de FMCG.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in project management.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels
- Affiniteit met de foodbranche en de merken B’tween en Hero Jam.
